Notice – Clubhouse Reservation Dates

                            NOTICE – CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION

Please be advised that the Clubhouse has been reserved on the following date(s):

During an approved reservation period, the interior space of the Clubhouse, including all furnishings and event setup, is considered part of the reserved area.

The resident who reserved the facility has priority use of the interior space during the approved reservation period. Accordingly, the interior Clubhouse and its furnishings are not available for use by other residents unless invited by the reserving resident.

Access to the mailboxes located within the Clubhouse will remain available. Residents may enter solely for the purpose of retrieving their mail.

This notice is provided pursuant to the Association’s authority under its Governing Documents and Chapter 720, Florida Statutes, to regulate the orderly use of common areas and protect the Association from potential liability.
