Rental Restrictions
Per Paragraph 6 of the Garden Hills Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions:
"Conveyance of title or rental by owners of any Unit located within Development shall be subject to prior approval of the Board of Directors of the Association which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, subject to the '10% Rule' that is in place regarding rentals of units by unit owners."
Prospective buyers and owners interested in leasing their unit should contact the management office to confirm current rental availability under this restriction.
When is trash picked up?
Official Garbage days: Wednesdays and Saturdays
You can take your trash in the afternoon on Tuesdays and/or Fridays so it gets picked up those days
How do I report a concern, problem neighbor, or irrigation issues?
- If you have any of these troubles or more please come to the office and fill out a form in the complaining box outside the office.
- You can come to the board meeting (see calendar for available days).
- Or if you're unable to come, you can write a letter explaining the problem and the office manager will make sure to contact the board members.
I want to alter the look of my property what form do I need?
According to our rules and regulations, you need to write permission before you start altering or changing parts of your property. Refer to rule and regulation No. 2.

Why were some of my yard waste not picked up?
Yard waste is collected manually by a different truck than the garbage and is limited to 6 cubic yards (CYs) per week (the equivalent volume of 3 standard-sized refrigerators).
All yard waste, with the exception of tree branches and palm fronds, must be containerized in standard 32-50 gallon cans or sealed paper or plastic bags. Containers and contents can not weigh more than 50 pounds. Branches must be 6 feet or less in length and 50 pounds or less in weight. Watch the video by clicking here.
Do not mix yard waste (vegetation) with garbage or any other debris.
