In accordance with Florida Statute 720.303(12), the Association is required to maintain and make available any records related to contracts, transactions, or financial relationships that involve a potential conflict of interest with a Board Member.
At this time, Garden Hills Home Owners Association, Inc. has no contracts, transactions, or financial arrangements that constitute a Board Member conflict of interest.
