Association Fees
The current monthly Association Fee is $150 per unit, effective since January 1, 2025.
Payments can be made conveniently through our AppFolio Online Portal.
We encourage all residents to use the e-check option, which allows you to enter your bank account and routing numbers directly to avoid extra transaction fees.
How They Work
A $10 late fee will be added to your account if your monthly Association Fee is not received by the 10th of each month.
Example:
If your July payment was missed but you paid in August, a $10 late fee will apply — meaning you would owe $160 instead of $150.
We kindly remind all residents to make payments on time to avoid additional charges and maintain their account in good standing.
